Thank you for honouring the BIPOC kids and adults in our schools!
I just wanted to thank you for the Daily 20 - my students really like it! They like the time (and are exhausted after the 5 minutes), find the workout very reasonable, and like the mini tutorial at the start. The fact that it was a hit was confirmed this morning when a student asked if I could share the link since she couldn't find a good video on the weekend.
I also appreciate it very much - I'm a virtual school teacher of grade 3, and it's been really hard to find high quality low prep exercise videos online.

After months of cobbling together combinations of dance videos and superhero workouts and brainbreaks - while pre-watching them all (and so many others not mentioned) - I'm tired of the ongoing vigilance to find appropriate workouts and was so excited when my homeschool librarian shared these!
